  • In rare cases, global shipping circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times. Please be aware that our terms and conditions include up to 90 days to cover these rare but possible delays in delivery times.
     

Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided for all orders upon shipment.

  • Please note that tracking details may be limited depending on the carrier.

  • If you don't see tracking information immediately, please allow time for the system to update and check back in a few days.
     

Lost or Returned Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or returned to us, we'll reship it at no additional cost to you.

  • Please be aware that reshipments may require additional processing time.
     

Return Policy

Reshipments and Refunds

  • For reshipments, we kindly ask that you cover the additional shipping costs.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping refunds on orders affected by customs interference.
